Service Update for the 22nd of May

Dear Members,

On May 22nd, our branches, contact centre, online banking, and app will be taking a short break for scheduled maintenance. This is essential to keep everything running smoothly and improve your member experience. We anticipate this maintenance will be complete by 5 pm.

During this time, our services will be limited:

Branches: Our physical locations will be closed for maintenance. Sorry for any inconvenience and please plan accordingly.

Contact Centre: Our phone and email support won’t be available during the maintenance period. Please reach out to us before or after if you need urgent help.

Online Banking & App: Our online banking and mobile apps will also be offline during this maintenance period.

Please Note: Your debit cards will still work at ATMs and in stores. 

Online transactions and account management will be paused and payments you send or receive on the 22nd of May will be delayed until Thursday 23rd of May. If possible, we advise our members to make payments on or before the 21st of May to avoid disruption.

We know our services are important to you, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team will work fast to finish maintenance and get back to full speed.
